Mr.Wichai Chula-Olarnkun and Mr.Tomoyasu Yamabe, co-CEO of W-Shinwa Co., Ltd., reveal that the first booking permission of the Runesu Thonglor 5 project, the feature authentic Japanese spirit condominium, in the 36th House and condominium fair at the Queen Sirikit convention center, by model the 'Runesu room' to persuade the customer to experience by themselves. In conclusion, 107 of 156 units, or 70%, was laid down the deposit for intent booking. Construction will start in the second quarter 2017, being scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter 2018. Project sales value is over 1.2 Billion Baht.
