  • The massive residential project that is a result of international cooperation draws attention

Forest City, the large-scale residential project undertaken by Chinese property developer Country Garden Holdings, received three prestigious awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards ceremony held in Bangkok, Thailand from May 25 to May 26, 2017: Asia Pacific Property Award Mixed-Use Development Malaysia, Asia Pacific Property Award Architecture Multiple Residence Malaysia and Asia Pacific Property Award Best Architecture Multiple Residence Malaysia, this last award being the most prestigious of the three. In presenting the awards, the organizing committee for the event described the project in glowing terms: a masterpiece of architectural planning and design, the over 20 square kilometer project accurately portrays Country Garden chairman Yeung Kwok Yeung's visionary concept, a new city based on international cooperation, featuring a finely tuned blend of urban-level support facilities and physical industries.
