BHIRAJ TOWER at BITEC has reaffirmed its position as a premium office building in Thailand by receiving the prestigious Office Development in Thailand award from The Asia Pacific Property Awards 2017-2018, during 25 – 26 May 2017 at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards is part of the global, widely-recognized International Property Awards. In selecting winning properties, committee members consider the overall project, including innovation, quality of construction, architecture and interior design.

BHIRAJ TOWER at BITEC is the only office building in Sukhumvit-Bang Na that connects to the Bang Na BTS station. The office building is not only easily accessible but is also strategically located on the Bangkok gateway to Thailand's industrial and manufacturing hub in the eastern part of Thailand, in Samut Prakarn, Bang Na-Trad, Bang Phu and Bang Prakong, making it the ideal location for businesses from a variety of sectors.

BHIRAJ TOWER at BITEC has 29 floors and 32,000 square meters of office space. It's located in the vicinity of Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC), and will be part of the integrated mixed-use project. With more than 2,200 square meters of roof garden and jogging track on the top of the 29th floor, there is also an unparalleled view of the City, Chao Phraya River and Bang Krachao. The office building offers a range of facilities to accommodate and enhance the sustainable development of Thai businesses in the future.

Pitiphatr Buri, Executive Director of BHIRAJ BURI GROUP said: "It is an honor for us to receive this prestigious award for Office Development in Thailand once again this year, after receiving two prestigious awards for 5 Stars Best Office Development Thailand, and Highly Commended Commercial High-rise Development Thailand in 2015. We have more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, and aim to continue to provide the best office buildings for tenants now and in the future."
