Nye Estate joins hands with three real estate giants to develop upscale Lifestyle Senior Living Village in Phuket

Nye Estate, a leading property developer committed to quality in every step of the development, partnered with Chewathai Public Co., Ltd., L.P.N. Development Public Co., Ltd. and CH. Karnchang Public Co., Ltd. to establish Kamala Senior Living Co., Ltd., a joint venture company to develop an upscale Lifestyle Senior Living Village worth Baht 3,500 million in Phuket. The project will be fully equipped with a full range of facilities and amenities and managed by a leading, international professional property management service provider.

Ornruedi Na-Ranong, Chief Executive Officer, Nye Estate Co., Ltd. revealed that "The establishment of Kamala Senior Living derives from a common interest of all joint venture partners to develop a high quality project with international standard for the elderly to capture the demographic trends of aging society which are currently emerging in many regions across the world."

Shareholding structure of Kamala Senior Living Co., Ltd. comprises Nye Estate Co., Ltd., holding 28.5%; Chewathai Public Co., Ltd., holding 25%; L.P.N. Development Public Co., Ltd., holding 25%; CH. Karnchang Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CH. Karnchang Public Co., Ltd., holding 20%, and the general public, holding 1.5% respectively.
