Country Group Development PCL., the Thai listed company behind the ultra-luxury mixed-use development, Chao Phraya Estate, emphasised its success for sales of Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at a recent two-day exhibition at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, achieving an astounding THB 530 million in luxury units sold in just two days.

Over 90 groups of investors and buyers attended the exclusive showcase event on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th September. Attendees showed tremendous enthusiasm for the project expressing clear confidence in Country Group Development, as well as Four Seasons as a well-respected service brand provider.

This was CGD's fourth successful sales exhibition in Hong Kong, in line with the company's brand strategy of hosting overseas roadshows to highlight the unique appeal of Chao Phraya Estate to foreigners, while also tapping into demand from overseas investors for luxury branded-residences in central Bangkok.

Four Seasons Private Residences' debut in Hong Kong in 2015 brought record-breaking sales of THB 700 million. With this latest success, Country Group Development remains confident that there continues to be strong demand from regional Asian markets for outstanding and unique ultra-luxury projects in Bangkok.

"We are delighted to have received such a positive response once again in Hong Kong, which remains an extremely important market for us. Considering this was our fourth exhibition, clients' enthusiasm, and interest from Hong Kong buyers remained significant, thanks in part to the recognition and confidence in the Four Seasons brand, but also due to our proven track record as a developer," said Mr. Ben Taechaubol, CEO, Country Group Development.

"Credit for our on-going success goes to the entire development team for working so diligently to ensure that the construction of all three components within Chao Phraya Estate moves forward on schedule and according to the masterplan. The residential tower is over half-way complete, with the structure now at level 55. In addition, facade and interior works are making excellent progress, so we are comfortably on track for completion in Q4, 2018," he added.

Valued at USD1 billion, Chao Phraya Estate enjoys a prime waterfront location on 14.2 acres of land, and features 3 unique properties – Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok, Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok and Capella Bangkok.
