Grand Unity Development Co. Ltd., a leading condominium developer and part of the Univentures PCL group of companies plans for 2018 market expansion in Greater Bangkok by utilizing areas strategically located right next to the BTS Skytrain Network. Grand Unity has also announced a new brand strategy under the concept 'Simply Makes Sense.' that is aimed at catering to the changing lifestyle of the millennials.

Moreover, in 2018 Grand Unity is launching four new condominium projects with target sales of 10 billion baht – a 160% increase from last year.

This year, Grand Unity is ready to compete in the highly competitive property market targeting more middle to high-end customers. This will be achieved through projects with strategic positioning in Greater Bangkok, located right next to the BTS. As a result, this will correspond to the changing lifestyle of new generations with more purchasing power. They will also have greater choice with a range of options to choose from via four unique projects in four different locations worth a combined 12 billion baht.

Grand Unity's main strategy this year is relayed through a concept that encourages consumers and investors to "live life…in their own definition of happiness". This is done by providing residents with a living space that caters to real living, designed for comfort and convenience in all areas. Combined with a price that is affordable, customers are ensured of the best value for money at all Grand Unity's projects.

Mr. Siripong Srisawangwong, Managing Director of Grand Unity Development Co., Ltd. said, "With changing consumer trends, Grand Unity has chosen to position our condos in prime communal areas, conveniently located next to the BTS to provide convenience and easy commuting. We give importance to aesthetics by utilizing simplistic designs with great attention to detail, taking into consideration everyday usage. At the same time, we choose the best quality materials that are true to value and practical. Most importantly, every condominium project by Grand Unity will have to undertake EIA before any presales, in order to comply with environmental laws as well as ensure that the surrounding community will thrive as a happy and prosperous place for our future residents."

The four new projects in 2018 are Ciela – located at Sripatum area, De Lapis – located at Jaransanitwong 81 next to the Chao Phraya River, Denim – located at Chatuchak district and Mazarine - located at Ratchayothin; which are all next to the BTS, in major communal areas of Bangkok. Apart from an easy commute, Grand Unity also cares about selecting the best environment for residents, for instance around the Sripatum University, next to the Chao Phraya River and near the popular shopping area, Chatuchak.

"In the first half of 2018, we will be launching two new projects which are Ciela - catering to residents around Sripatum and Kasetsart University; and De Lapis - aimed at people looking for a residence next to the majestic Chao Phraya River at Jaransanitwong 81. Both of the condominiums will follow the upcoming BTS expansion plan, allowing residents to conveniently travel anywhere in Bangkok. Thus, we hope that the unique characteristics of these two condominiums will help to better the lives of city people and allow them to live life more on their own definition of happiness", said Mr. Siripong added.

The condo designs are light and airy with high raised ceilings. They also feature safety windows throughout the whole project, providing residents with maximum security. Apart from this there are WC Pods or precast bathrooms that are easy for maintenance and repairs; as well as a private balconies that are designed with a beautiful and functional lattice.

Grand Unity has partnered with both leading architecture and interior companies such as DB ARCHITECTS, PIA, International PLC, Stonehenge Inter Co., Ltd; and Senses Property Management, in order to offer the best for all Grand Unity customers.

"In 2018, Grand Unity will strive towards creating a unique identity and positioning in the eyes of our customers, in order to expand customer base and grow sustainably with a simplistic approach and concept", Mr. Siripong said in closing remarks.
