Ms. Supitcha Chaipipat, member of board of directors of Seacon Home Co., Ltd., has disclosed the overall picture of real estate business, especially home building business, in the first half of the year that most customers still want to build their first home and they make financial decisions based on necessity. In the second half of the year, the business tends to do better as it is the home construction season. According to the market mechanism, business usually grows by 15% in the second half of the year. In case of Seacon Home, it appears that the company attracts new customers via word of mouth on quality materials and structural durability. Although the revenue in the first half of the year has exceeded the target, Seacon Home will continue to create new business opportunities by improving its operations in accordance with the modern global trends and the rapid changing needs of customers.
