Bangkok--9 Oct--Agate Communication

Due to a positive sign of the property market, Sirayos Company Limited launches "DOLCE LASALLE", a 450-million-baht worth boutique condominium near Bearing BTS station. The average price is 75,000 baht per square meter to capture the demand from the young working people. It targets to sell 50% of the project by early 2019 and close the project in 2020.

Mr. Wicharn Khuptiphongkun, Managing Director of Sirayos Co., Ltd., said, "We saw a good sign in the property business in 2017 in line with the economy which was picked up from 2016. Especially those big developers, they launched a plenty of campaigns to boost the sales. Meanwhile, the market of small developers has also improved because consumers have more purchasing power to buy condominiums for either living or investment. Besides, small developers can pay the attention to each project more punctiliously than big developers which develop many projects at the same time. As we give importance to all the detail, our DOLCE UDOMSUK project has received a good feedback from customers by selling more than 95% of total and got the Best Luxury Low Rise Condominium and the Best Boutique Low Rise Condominium in PEAT AWARDS 2018 (Property Export Awards Thailand 2018 by NIDA)."

"We decide to develop new projects under one brand, DOLCE LASALLE, and give important to all the details including the location which is only 700 meters away from Bearing BTS station on the green line and surrounded by the department stores, international schools, community malls and leading private hospitals. Besides, we also pay attention to the design in detail, which must satisfy our customers' requirement. Most importantly, we also consider the purchasing power of our target customers so we develop a luxury project and offer the better quality of life with the price starting from less than 2 million baht."

Mr. Woraphot Linkanokrat, Managing Director of Workspace Architecture Studio Co., Ltd. explained about the interior design concept of DOLCE LASALLE, "The design remains Modern Classic which is the uniqueness of our brand. However, we have added the Modern European architecture so that it goes in line with the project's location on Lasalle road by using the natural material such as natural stone on top of the counter in the kitchen or in the bathroom. We also provide the full range of facilities such as a 20-meter long salt water swimming pool, separate steam room for men and women, lobby, library, game room and workplace for those who work from home. We give more space to the common area and facilities than our previous project including the car parking lot that can serve up to 50% of total units, which is very high proportion compared to other condominiums in the same area.

"This DOLCE LASALLE project is worth over 450 million baht and has only 178 units. The average price on the opening day is only 75,000 baht per square meter. To serve the demand from both those single people and those who just start their own family, we offer several types of room including studio room (24.6 square meters), one-bedroom unit (30.4 square meters) and two-bedroom unit (45.4 square meters). Initially, we target to sell 50% of total project by the early 2019 and expect to close the project by 2020," said Mr. Wicharn Khuptiphongkun.

The project's pre-sales will be launched on November 3, 2018. Its main target group is the new generation, aged between 25-40 years with the ability to purchase a condominium at the price of not over 2 million baht. It expects it can sell up to 40% on the pre-sales day. For more information, please browse www.dolcecondo.com or call 0-2117-3463-4.
