Thanaland led by new generation management team continues its vision towards high-quality residences construction, targeting at over 10% growth

Thanaland has developed many projects in Bangkok such as Ladprao, Bangkhen, Ekkamai and Samsen. Over the past years, Thanaland has developed a number of condominium projects in the Pinklao area as our land bank in this area has a high market potential because of the construction of the Blue Line MRT around Bangkok (Charansanitwong-Ratchadapisek). In 2017, the company reported sales of about baht 440 million. In 2018, the company estimated sales at baht 500 million, representing a growth rate of approximately 10%. Such growth has come from the Thana Astoria Pinklao project, which currently has more than 80% of its sales and is worth more than baht 1.2 billion. The project has been well received by customers. Furthermore, the project has been granted the 2018 Best Real Estate Project by the Thailand's Real Estate Research and Evaluation Information Center.
