Spanning from Mahadlekluang Soi 1 to 3, this 67-rai land comprises 28 plots and can be divided into different land group. There are 6 land groups whose lease agreements will expire between 2019 and 2025 as shown in the picture below.

The latest development on this road is The Waldorf Astoria Bangkok Hotel which is open in 2018. As this piece of land consists of 28 land plots whose leases will expire at different periods, CBRE expects to arrange a tender for land lease in 2019, and that there will be interest from existing and new leasees in Thailand and overseas."
