BHIRAJ BURI unveils plan to open SUNNY at Summer Lasalle A community mall of happiness to extend its mega project Summer Lasalle

BHIRAJ BURI GROUP, the asset management company that focuses on commercial real estate, unveils plan to open the newest community mall under the name SUNNY at Summer Lasalle. The community mall of happiness was designed under the Urban Eco-Living Community concept and is located on 5,500 square metres of land as part of its Summer Lasalle project, a fully-fledged office campus space in the Sukhumvit-Bang Na area. SUNNY consists of public park, common area, supermarket, food court and over 40 shops created as part of BHIRAJ BURI's vision to unite office workers and people in the community in a welcoming space where they can spend their quality time and create endless happiness on a daily basis.

SUNNY is the latest project from BHIRAJ BURI GROUP, with great attention to details dedicated to every aspect of the mall from the concept, design, and construction, down to selecting shops that are going to open here. Under the Urban Eco-Living Community concept, SUNNY features a modern aesthetic with a special emphasis on the massive green space to reflect the idea of creating happiness and sustainability. With a sleek yet welcoming design, the community mall lends itself to natural sunlight which is a perfect representation of the name SUNNY.

BHIRAJ BURI GROUP has partnered with Tandem Architects (2001) Co., Ltd., an architecture expert and consultant, to create this unique and outstanding SUNNY community mall project. "Since the area where SUNNY is located used to be a rice paddy, we drew inspiration from a vintage barn and selected materials such as corrugated iron, and woods and gave it a modern twist with the addition of glass and structural steel" Mr. Jeerasak Nukhuntod Architect of Tandem Architects (2001) Co., Ltd. stated. "We made sure that the space is open to natural sunlight and which is going to help with energy reserves and sustainability of the SUNNY project. We plant large number of trees and plants to give shades, purify the air and provide a common green space for people in the community" Mr. Jeerasak concluded.

Moreover, BHIRAJ BURI GROUP has cooperated with PIA Interior Company Limited, Thailand's leading interior design firm with diverse experience in the design and execution of multiple quality projects. Mr.Kitti Watchararattanagul Interior Associate at PIA Interior Company Limited stated "SUNNY is an extended project connected to Summer Lasallle. The community mall is designed to complement the existing buildings of Summer Lasalle in every dimension in close proximity to nature to enhance the sustainability aspect of the project. Inclusive design is incorporated into the conceptualisation process in order for SUNNY to appeal to all members in the community as well as to convey BHIRAJ BURI's vision of promoting equality and welcoming everyone to join this common area for years to come."

SUNNY at Summer Lasalle is set to open its door in Q4 of this year. The SUNNY community mall consists of supermarket, restaurants, health shops, book stores, and many more that will help serve every diverse needs of each unique lifestyle. SUNNY is a part of Summer Lasalle, a mixed-use project and low-rise office development under the office campus concept, a fully-fledged office campus space in Sukhumvit-Bang Na area. The project is located on Lasalle road, connected to Sukhumvit, Debaratana and Bearing road which is the new centre of business in the future. It is also located near Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC) which is conveniently connected to Bang Na and Bearing BTS station as well as the tollway and is only 20 minutes away from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport and the heart of Bangkok.
