Mr. Somsakd Srikuruwan, Director of Fulcrum Ventures Co., Ltd., the developer of Panara Thepharak project, says that the company, like other businesses, revised their marketing strategy to align with the situation which is successful despite an impact from the COVID-19 pandemic. After it launched the project late last year, it sold out the project’s phase 1 with a sales value of 275 Million Baht. The company continues the marketing strategy with Panara Savings Carnival campaign on Oct 10-11, 2020 at the sales gallery to launch phase 2 immediately. The campaign will comprise of cash discounts of up to 1.5 Million Baht and giveaways of home furniture and appliances valued up to 400,000 Baht. The offers are from the company’s understanding of the situation to survive in the COVID-19 crisis which has a chain effect on the overall economy as well as the targeted customer’s economy.

“We launched the project late last year, shortly before the COVID-19 outbreak hit the globe so severely that it has never happened. We have always evaluated the situation and adjusted strategy. Now the success is satisfactory as we closed sales of phase 1 and it’s time to launch phase 2 which we are confident that it will be successful as the project’s location is on Thepharak Road, one of the sought-after main roads in this area,” Mr. Somsakd says.

The project is designed under the concept of “EXCLUSIVE SPACE, PRIVILEGED LIFE.” The functions align with the lifestyle of the generation of families. Internet of Things (IoT) technology is applied to connect devices for more comfortable living. The security system is uplifted with an application that connects an emergency alarm in all units with the project’s security guards to build confidence for senior living. The project’s planning is designed to have vast green spaces and prepare for future functions like EV chargers for electric vehicles, an upcoming trend.
