Japanese sea scallops on the menu at Infiniti Restaurant

Plump and succulent sea scallops from the cold clean ocean off the coast of Hokkaido, Japan, are being served from now till March 31, 2016 at Infiniti Restaurant, Sheraton Pattaya Resort.

Scallop salad with orange dressing, seared scallops with green pea sauce, roasted scallops with black ink clam jus, and scallops with cauliflower puree are all on the menu to be enjoyed against the magnificent setting of Pattaya Bay. Prices start from THB 850++ per dish.
