Mrs. Warangkana Wongkhaluang (fourth right), Senior Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), recently congratulates Mr. Sumate Tanthuwanit (fourth left), Managing Director and President of Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited (RCL), in a naming ceremony to inaugurate "Lalit Bhum" Vessel, a brand-new 1,668-TEUs container ship built in China with modern technology and equipment at Bangkok Port. Financed by EXIM Thailand, Lalit Bhum is the first Thai-flagged container ship which comes with Sulfur Dioxide Scrubber to reduce the emission of sulfur dioxide into the atmosphere in line with International Maritime Organization's pollution prevention measure enforced from January 1, 2020 onwards.
