On the menu are such delicacies as sushi bar favourite Hamachi with Tiger’s Milk; lobster with pomelo and nutty beurre noisette; saffron turbot served with Piccalilli; quail with foie gras; and a succulent Wagyu rib eye. Those with a sweet tooth have Caramelia Chocolate to look forward to – made with passionfruit, hazelnuts and coffee it makes for the perfect closing note.
When the courses are served, guests will blind taste the wines and give their scores. After the conclusion of the final course, the winning label and sommelier will be announced.
