Chef Christian Ham is a French national and has more than 20 years of experience in leading restaurants including L'Atelier Joel Robuchon in Hong Kong, Taillevent in Paris and Le Crocodile in Strasbourg. Prior to joining Centara Grand at CentralWorld, he was a Chef Instructor at Cordon Bleu in Bangkok, Thailand and Shanghai, China.
