For the KBank Young Scholarship 2025 program, five scholarships are available to fourth-year undergraduate students nearing graduation who are interested in working in the strategic field at KBank and pursuing graduate studies at top global universities. Selected candidates will be given the opportunity to work at KBank for three years, allowing them to build a strong profile for applying to globally recognized universities abroad. Scholarship recipients will be assigned to key strategic areas within the Bank that align with their interests, knowledge, and skills, enabling them to unleash their full potential in the following:
- Wealth Business: This area involves portfolio management, advice on a holistic financial and investment planning strategy, investment and insurance product design, as well as other services that meet clients' needs and promote the nation's financial sustainability.
- Credit Business: Managing a diverse range of loan portfolios, conducting risk analysis, and developing innovative financial solutions to meet the needs of individual clients, businesses, and corporations. This includes launching targeted communication campaigns to engage key audiences, ensuring customers have access to suitable financing options, and supporting the growth of businesses in the modern economy.
- Data Management and Analytics: Devising strategies, collecting and managing data, ensuring data accuracy, conducting in-depth data analysis in order to identify correlations, performing business data analytics, and developing models tailored to business needs and supporting the Bank's strategic planning.
- Strategic Planning to support business growth and meet customers' needs, based on the principles of a Bank of Sustainability.
Selected candidates will receive a full scholarship, and KBank will also support related expenses during their preparation and study courses. A team of consultants specializing in international education and a dedicated team from the People Development Department will assist in enhancing language skills and leveraging work experience and potential to create a compelling profile for applications to world-class universities.
Candidates must currently be final-year university students or scheduled to complete their bachelor's degree in 2025, regardless of their field of study, with a GPA of at least 3.25. Additionally, they should be keen learners, adaptable, and those who dare to think and take action.
