The special auspicious dishes, crafted by the executive chefs Jackie and Chow, feature assorted Hor d'Oeuvres comprising chilled drunken chicken, which attracts abundance and prosperity; chilled jellyfish salad with Shanghai chili sauce for longevity; chilled boneless pork knuckle for wealth; Hong Kong style Yu Sheng lobster sashimi salad for authorities; and last but not least premium fish maw soup with morel mushroom in supreme broth soup for wealth and abundance.
