Mr. Anuwat Rungruangrattanagul, Director, Acting Chief Executive Officer, and Senior Executive Vice President of Refinery & Operations, stated, "Despite the challenging global and domestic market conditions throughout 2024, BSRC has continued to operate with stability and strength. The Bangchak Sriracha Refinery achieved a record-high annual average crude run rate of 148,000 barrels per day, the highest in our history. Moreover, in December, we achieved several record-breaking milestones. Our refinery business set a new record in marine fuel production, reaching 10,000 barrels per day, while our marketing business achieved an all-time high in marine fuel sales, totaling 36 million liters. These accomplishments stem from our successful expansion of distribution channels."
Additionally, BSRC successfully completed the rebranding of its service stations to Bangchak by the end of 2024, ahead of schedule and under budget by 60 million Baht.
Mr. Anuwat further revealed, "Looking ahead to 2025, BSRC will continue to enhance the capabilities across multiple areas, including expanding its multi-point buoy mooring facilities to accommodate very large crude carriers (VLCCs), increasing the production capacity of Bangchak Sriracha Refinery and developing new products to meet customer demands. These initiatives aim to strengthen competitiveness and drive sustainable growth."
