Mr. Rungruang Sukkirdkijpiboon (right), President, and Mr. Chat Luangarpa (left), Executive Vice President, represented KBank in receiving two major awards: Vietnam's Best New Credit Card and Best New Online SME Bank, from the International Finance Awards 2024. The awards reflect the Bank's readiness to support and promote the potential of Vietnamese SMEs to grow sustainably, and represent another prominent step that reinforces the Bank's leadership in the region, as it is committed to delivering financial service experiences that are secure, user friendly, and comprehensive for all customer segments, including retail, SMEs, and corporate businesses. The award presentation ceremony was recently organized by International Finance, a leading global business and financial magazine based in England, at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Bangkok.

KBank has operated a full-fledged business through its branches in Vietnam since 2021. Being one of the key regional markets, Vietnam's GDP is projected to grow steadily at 5-6 percent until 2029. KBank Cashback Plus, the first credit card product of KBank Vietnam, was launched in April 2024 and has proven very popular among our customers. According to VisaNet, the active card rate of KBank Cashback Plus exceeded 90 percent in the third quarter of 2024.
