APAC Tower, a mixed-use project featuring Grade A+ office and retail space, announces a significant milestone with the celebration of its Topping Off ceremony, marking the completion of the building's upper structure. This achievement illustrates the project's readiness to open in late March 2025, positioning it as a new landmark in the prime Sukhumvit-Ekkamai area. CBRE Thailand has been appointed as the sole agent for office leasing.

Situated at the Ekkamai-Sukhumvit intersection, APAC Tower connects directly to the BTS Ekkamai station via a skywalk. APAC Tower offers a total lettable area of 35,000 square meters, which includes 32,500 square meters of office space and 2,500 square meters of retail space at Ekkamai Corner.

This project has achieved the highest Fitwel 3-Star Rating, reflecting the highest standards of occupant wellbeing, as well as LEED Gold certification for its environmental impact. Additionally, it has received WiredScore Platinum Pre-Certification, the highest standard for digital infrastructure and internet connectivity.

APAC Tower has been recognized with multiple awards from the Asia Property Awards 2024, including Best Office Development, Best Office Architectural Design, Best Office Interior Design and Best Office Landscape Design. It also won the Best Office Architectural Design in Asia at the Asia Property Awards Grand Final 2024.

The official opening of APAC Tower is scheduled for late March 2025, offering future-ready office space that combines innovation, sustainability, and wellbeing to meet the needs of global organizations and businesses.
