Dr. Tawarat emphasized that this collaboration marks the beginning of a strategic integration between OKMD and DAD to expand public access to learning through the "OKMD Knowledge Portal," which serves as a key mechanism in advancing Thailand toward a knowledge-based society. The initiative seeks to enhance human capital development, reduce inequality in access to information, and promote lifelong learning.
"OKMD is committed to making knowledge accessible for all Thais—across ages, professions, and regions—because we believe that 'accessible knowledge' is the foundation for individual and national development. This partnership with DAD will amplify our reach and impact, while also setting a model for knowledge management in the public sector that bridges organizational and societal levels," said Dr. Tawarat.
Dr. Nalikatipak added that the collaboration with OKMD on knowledge exchange and system development marks a significant step in strengthening DAD's own knowledge management system. Through this effort, DAD will promote its expertise in property development, construction, and innovative architectural design—areas that reflect the company's unique identity—and make this knowledge publicly available for further innovation and broad societal benefit.
"We believe that knowledge is like the foundation of a strong building. Robust knowledge builds resilience for organizations, economies, and communities. Our collaboration with OKMD not only advances DAD's mission but also contributes significantly to Thailand's sustainable development goals," Dr. Nalikatipak concluded.
