During the event, BSRC executives warmly welcomed participating students and provided insights into the refinery's operations. They gave informative sessions on oil refining processes, safety standards, environmental stewardship, and the company's commitment to social responsibility. In addition, BSRC's team of refinery engineers shared their expertise, engaged students in interactive learning activities, and led them on a guided tour of the refinery to give them firsthand experience of the engineering work involved. The visit aimed to inspire and empower young minds, helping them develop essential skills and confidence to grow into capable and forward-thinking contributors to the country's future.
The GISTDA Space Camp was held from April 30 to May 2, 2025. It provided a dynamic learning platform where students explored space and geo-informatics technology through hands-on experiences and expert-led sessions. The program encourages creative thinking and integrated learning based on the principles of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), fostering scientific curiosity and equipping youth with knowledge applicable to their educational and career paths. The initiative also aims to build a value-based learning society and promote long-term collaboration through a strong educational network.
