Bringing the authentic flavours of Hong Kong to the heart of Bangkok with signature dishes such as steamed bird's nest xiao long bao, braised bird's nest with king crab meat and white mushroom, sweet bird's nest with taro and coconut milk, and steamed egg white and bird's nest with milk. Bird's Nest Bonanza at Summer Palace

Considered a delicacy in China for hundreds of years and sometimes referred to as 'white gold' or the 'caviar of the east', bird's nest soup is made from the edible nests of swiftlets. These nests, which the birds create out of their saliva, are said to be packed with proteins and high in essential nutrients that include iron, potassium, calcium and magnesium. Bird's nest is also thought to increase the production of essential amino acids and collagen in the body, so it gives a natural boost to the immune system and acts as an anti-ageing element. No wonder it is considered a superfood in the Far East!

Priced from THB 380++ per dish, the opulent bird's nest menu is available between 1 July 2025 to 31 August 2025 from 11.30 to 14.30 hours for lunch and 18.00 to 22.30 hours for dinner.
