Ms. Jatuporn Wilaikaew, Head of Hotel Asset Management and Operations, GO Hotel, under Central Pattana, said: "The number of hotel guest arrivals and occupancy rates are on the rise thanks to increasing domestic tourism. A survey on customer behavior found that most customers who stay at our hotels are looking for convenience, in particular, for management of their transportation and food without having to leave the hotel. Some modern-day hotels do not include restaurants on site and so access to delivery services at special prices helps increase flexibility for hotel guests, and is necessary to fulfil the needs of modern customers.

"To comprehensively fulfil our customers' needs, GO Hotel has joined hands with Grab to launch the GO Hotel x Grab campaign, offering special discounts of 15%, up to 100 baht** for both food delivery and ride-hailing services on the Grab platform for guests staying at all four GO Hotels from 1 June 2025 to 30 April 2026 (special discount code given to guests instantly upon check-in). We have also allocated specific food drop-off points in front of GO Hotel Chonburi, GO Hotel Si Racha, GO Hotel Bowin and GO Hotel Ban Chang to provide our hotels lacking on-site restaurants with a variety of quality food ordering services via GrabFood and great promotions.
