The HFA was co-signed with Mr. Garth Simmons, Chief Operating Officer of Accor's Premium, Midscale, and Economy Division in Asia. Under this agreement, BC will take over operations of three properties: Mercure Phuket Patong Journeyhub, JonoX Sukhumvit 5 - Handwritten Collection, , and Moevenpick Resort Kamala Beach Phuket, all signed under Franchise Agreements. All three hotels are expected to launch between 2025 and 2027.
