Priced at THB 999++ per person, with an optional THB 599++ add-on for free-flow alcohol, the Daryaganj Sunday Brunch offers a relaxed culinary journey through the vibrant tastes of North India. Unlike a traditional buffet, every dish is cooked fresh and served at the table, allowing guests to enjoy unlimited orders from a curated menu that blends time-honoured recipes from 1947 with contemporary signatures - giving diners an unparalleled taste of both authentic and evolving North Indian cuisine in Bangkok.

The Chaat Cart - A Street Food Celebration

Bringing the vibrancy of Indian street food to Bangkok, the live Chaat Cart steals the spotlight. Guests can enjoy Gol Gappe with Five Waters - crisp, golden puffs filled with spiced potato and a burst of flavours from five flavour-packed infusions that transform every bite. Another highlight is the Dahi Bhalla Bingsu, a playful twist on the classic featuring soft lentil dumplings, crisp crackers, moong sprouts, and chutneys finished with shaved frozen yoghurt. Other favourites include Papdi Chaat and Sev Puri.

Street Foods of Delhi

The experience continues with iconic snacks straight from the lanes of Delhi. Highlights include Aloo Tikki Chole (crispy potato patties topped with spiced chickpeas and chutneys), Bedmi Puri Aloo (crisp lentil-stuffed puris served with tangy spiced potatoes), and Keema Pav, (lamb mince cooked with aromatic spices, onion & tomatoes served with soft buttery buns).

The menu also features Daryaganj's signature dishes. Enjoy the legendary Butter Chicken and Dal Makhani, perfected since 1947, along with the hearty 5 Senses Chicken

Curry. Kebab selections include Chicken Tikka, spiced Seekh Kebabs, and Malai Broccoli, all char-grilled to perfection. Add to the feast with two fragrant biryanis: a rich Mutton Biryani, layered with slow-cooked on-the-bone mutton, basmati rice, saffron, and mint, and a Vegetable Dum Biryani, slow-cooked with seasonal vegetables, saffron, warm spices, and garden-fresh mint. To finish, indulge in Kala Jamun, Mango Rasmalai Miniature, and Rose & Salted Pista Kulfi, complemented by hot Masala Chai for a perfect ending.
