The resort's Waste Less. Taste More. campaign transforms culinary surplus into delicious opportunities. Guests can savour three thoughtfully crafted upcycled desserts: Banana Cake made from overripe bananas, Bread Pudding created from fresh pastries remaining from the bakery corner, and Tropical Fruit Compote featuring remaining fresh-cut buffet line fruits. Each dessert is accompanied by a how-to video, inviting guests to recreate these sustainable recipes at home. The initiative extends to the associate canteen, where chefs reimagine buffet ingredients into nutritious daily meals, demonstrating that mindful consumption starts from within. This campaign supports Marriott International's Serve360 sustainability commitment to reduce food waste by 50% by 2025.

Beyond the resort, General Manager Giuseppe Fornillo led a team to the 'Center of Dreams' Bangkok Community Help, where we prepared and hand-delivered 200 food boxes to families in need in the Khlong Toei Community. This direct engagement reflects the essence of World Food Day's collaborative spirit.

Together, these activations embody our commitment to creating a more sustainable and equitable food system. By reducing waste and supporting those facing food insecurity, the resort demonstrates that meaningful change happens when creativity meets compassion, one meal at a time.
