Every dish is inspired by Kalaya's Southern Thai Kitchen: A Cookbook by Chef Nok. Jutatip Suntaranon merged with the renowned culinary mastery of Chef David Thompson, whose deep expertise in Thai cooking has led to Michelin-starred acclaim around the world.
The evening promises a bold and immersive Southern Thai dining experience. The specially curated set menu begins with appetisers designed to impress from the very first bite, such as Sakoo Sai Pla, Miang Koey Waan Chomphu, Hoy Krang Gorlae. The main courses will feature the finest local ingredients, from fresh seafood sourced from local fishermen to seasonal vegetables grown by community farms, brought to life through vibrant, flavour-forward dishes such as Lhon Pu, Gaeng Leung, Muek Tom Nam Dam, Gaeng Pajri, and Yam Phak Kood Hoy Krang. The experience concludes with a trio of refined desserts, including Jackfruit Mor Gaeng, Coconut Crumble Pudding and Salak in Perfumed Syrup Under Ice.
