The debentures to be offered to the public (Public Offering) will have a tenor of 7 years, with interest payable every six months throughout the life of the notes. The minimum subscription for retail investors is THB 100,000, with additional subscriptions in THB 100,000 increments. The debentures carry a fixed coupon of 2.29% per annum. For the third quarter of 2025, the Company reported total revenue of 54,362 million baht, an increase of 4.1% year-on-year, driven by growth in both mobile and fixed broadband services. Mobile service revenue rose 6.1%, supported by quality subscriber expansion, promotion of 5G packages, and enhanced entertainment value-added services. Fixed broadband revenue increased 10% on a larger customer base and improving ARPU. Enterprise and other services grew 14%, reflecting stronger demand for Enterprise Data Services (EDS) and cloud, as well as higher revenue from NT. Device and SIM sales also rose 8.7% amid heightened smartphone demand. On the cost side, cost of services decreased 6.9% due to lower depreciation and amortization, while SG&A decreased 16%. the Company maintained operating efficiency, resulting in EBITDA growth of 10% and net profit of 12,039 million baht, up 37% year-on-year—underscoring robust operating performance and effective cost management.
Fitch Ratings assesses AIS as having a strong credit profile, reflecting its leadership in mobile and high-speed broadband services, with market shares of 49% and 47%, respectively. In addition, AIS's expansion into enterprise services, data centers, and cloud broadens its revenue base, enhances competitiveness, and supports cash-flow stability over the medium term.
