Mr.Natakrit Eamskul, Chief Executive Officer of Platinum Fruits Public Company Limited, revealed that the company has revised its strategy with the goal of becoming a leader in comprehensive premium agricultural import-export services, covering upstream to midstream operations in a One Stop Service model. The company will officially change its name to Platinum Prime Rise Public Company Limited (PPR), effective from March 26, 2026.

This strategic shift leverages the company's strengths in fresh fruits expertise and cold chain logistics to unlock new business opportunities. The company is proactively expanding its product portfolio to include a wider variety of fruits such as oranges, mangoes, bananas, as well as frozen and processed fruits and vegetables. Previously, the company mainly focused on fresh durian and longan.

"Platinum Prime Rise is now able to elevate its services across the entire value chain of premium fruits and vegetables—from fresh to frozen and processed products. This includes sourcing high-quality raw materials, temperature-controlled transportation, value-added processing, and expanding distribution into new, more distant markets such as Europe and the United States, where consumers prioritize quality, taste, and convenience. This expansion helps us reach new customer segments beyond our traditional markets such as China, Indonesia, and India, where we mainly exported fresh fruits with shorter shelf life. Additionally, expanding into frozen and processed products helps address the issue of oversupply during peak harvest seasons. Initially, we will collaborate with OEM partners, starting with selected product categories," said Mr. Natakrit.

In addition to its agricultural import-export business, Platinum Prime Rise has also expanded its logistics services to serve other agricultural importers and exporters. The company sees opportunities from its subsidiary that provides container trucking services from ports and handles import documentation. During off-peak export seasons, there is sufficient capacity in trucks and containers to support other businesses, including frozen and processed goods, throughout the year.

Currently, Platinum Prime Rise Public Company Limited (PPR) operates through four subsidiaries :

1.Tongpad Trading Co., Ltd. - Export of fruits and vegetables to international markets

2.888Logistics Co., Ltd. - Domestic and international container transportation services, including cargo loading facilities

3.Sky Shore Trading Co., Ltd. - Customs clearance services

4.Sky Shore Holding Co., Ltd. - Investment business
