Created by Chef Wuttisak and his team, each menu celebrates seasonal local ingredients, including produce harvested from Khao Yai Art Forest. By seamlessly blending local wisdom with contemporary culinary techniques, the specially crafted menu exquisitely translates the unique characteristics of Earth, Water, Wind, and Fire into refined tastes, aromas, and textures.
At the heart of the 4th Element Tasting Experience is the unique opportunity for guests to select dishes that align with their own personal element. Each elemental set menu features curated beverage, amuse-bouche, cold starter, palate cleanser, main course, and dessert.

Earth
Inspired by the concept of "soil, roots, fermentation, and the depth of umami—the memory of earth in summer heat," this menu provides grounding and restoration, easing feelings of tiredness, heaviness, and drowsiness through warm, comforting dishes.
The culinary journey begins with Mushroom Essence and Charcoal Tofu, followed by Smoked Eggplant Salad and Tom Sua Ped (Sour & Spicy Soup with Duck). To balance the palate between courses, Cucumber - Lime - Coconut water granita is served before the main course, Smoked Pork Neck with Fermented Rice and Reduced Jus. This dining experience then concludes beautifully with a Black Sticky Rice dessert.
Water
This menu draws inspiration from the "Flow of Summer water—clarity, softness, fermentation, and reflection" concept. With cleansing and cooling effects, it promises to relieve overheating and reduce stress.
Its delightful experience begins with Cucumber Cold Infusion, followed by Clarified Coconut Broth and Local Leaves Salad with Grilled Fish. A refreshing Coconut Water, Cucumber, and Lime Granita then cleanses the palate, paving the way for the main course of Sour Curry Soup with Snake Fish and Herbal Rice. This revitalizing journey ends on a sweet note with a relishing dessert made from Mulberry, Coconut Foam, and Granita.
Air
Inspired by the concept of "Air as breath of summer—aroma, fermentation, foam, petals, and invisible movement," this menu presents light, tasty textures to uplift diners' spirit, ease their scattered thoughts, and lead them to calm.
This special dining experience opens with a Kombucha beverage before the servings of Local Vegetables with Som Tomato Jeaw and Charcoal Wrapped Pla Sil with Herb. A refreshing Coconut Water, Cucumber, and Lime Granita then rests the palate, preparing diners for the main course of Ruby Red Tare Sesame Rice. The meal is perfectly rounded off with Coconut Mousse.
Fire
Crafted based on the "Fire as transformation of summer—heat, smoke, caramelization, and fermentation heat" concept, this menu stimulates energy, eases fatigue and enhances activation.
Served in respective order are fragrant Cool Roasted Rice Tea, Deep Fried Small Shrimps, and Duck Salad with Herb. As the palate cleanser, Coconut Water, Cucumber, and Lime Granita comes next. Charcoal Jan leaf with Tilapia, Sato Rice then shines as the main course before this wonderful dining experience delightfully culminates with Coconut Ash and Palm Caramel.
