Located along the Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway adjacent to the Sukhumvit 50 exit ramp, the park was developed to commemorate the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King's 6th Cycle, 72nd Birthday Anniversary on 28 July 2024. Bangchak Group supported its construction and development in collaboration with the Expressway Authority of Thailand and the Khlong Toei District Office, with Arsom Silp Institute of the Arts responsible for the design. The project transformed underutilized land into a public park for the community under the "Park for All" concept, in alignment with the Bangkok Governor's "15-Minute Pocket Park" policy. The park was subsequently handed over to the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, with the Khlong Toei District Office responsible for its ongoing care and management. It provides green space for community activities, promotes health, and enhances the quality of life of urban residents, while demonstrating how sustainable design can be integrated with the practical use of public space.
