Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai welcomes Naipaporn "Aom" Panlamoke as Director of Rooms, while Ashok Nair joins Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle as Camp Manager, and Michael Casey comes on board as Resort Manager of Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui.
Collectively, these leadership appointments bring together different facets of experience and that unmistakable Four Seasons touch, reinforcing the brand's enduring commitment to cultivating exceptional talent.
A Chiang Mai Homecoming
Returning to Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai, Naipaporn "Aom" Panlamoke steps into the role of Director of Rooms, bringing more than a decade of Four Seasons experience across Thailand and Malaysia.
Having previously been part of the Chiang Mai team before leading the Rooms Division at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi, Aom returns with extensive expertise spanning front office operations, housekeeping, villa operations and residential management. Her career has taken her through Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle, Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai and Four Seasons Resort Langkawi, shaping a leadership style founded on collaboration, open communication and meaningful guest connections.
Raised in Surat Thani, Thailand, Aom's passion for hospitality was sparked by an early curiosity about different cultures and the connections they inspire. After completing her Master of Business Administration at Ramkhamhaeng University, she embarked on a career dedicated to creating meaningful experiences through genuine service.
Central to Aom's leadership philosophy is the conviction that open, authentic communication forms the foundation of lasting relationships, with both guests and colleagues alike.
"My return to Chiang Mai truly feels like a homecoming," she says. "I am familiar with the resort, and my experience from across the Four Seasons portfolio has lent me a deep understanding of guest service. I can't wait to get into the rhythm here again."
Throughout her career, Aom has been drawn to creating experiences that help guests connect more deeply with each destination. She is especially focused on elevating the guest journey across the resort.
Crafting immersive experiences in the Golden Triangle
At Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle, Ashok Nair assumes the role of Camp Manager, bringing nearly eight years of stellar Four Seasons experience and a career dedicated to creating immersive and intuitive guest experiences.
Ashok began his Four Seasons journey in 2017 as Director of Experiences at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai before building a reputation for thoughtful leadership and operational excellence. Before joining Four Seasons, he held leadership roles with some of India's most celebrated luxury hospitality brands, including Taj Hotels, The Oberoi and Tree of Life Resorts.
"The Tented Camp is unlike anywhere else in the world," says Ashok. "Every guest arrives seeking tranquillity and discovery. Being part of those journeys is what excites me most."
Believing that memorable hospitality begins with empowered employees, Ashok's leadership philosophy centres on curiosity, trust and genuine care.
As Camp Manager, he looks forward to building on the Camp's extraordinary legacy by celebrating the landscapes, wildlife and cultures of the Golden Triangle.
Bringing slow luxury and warmth to Koh Samui
Joining Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui as Resort Manager, Michael Casey brings nearly two decades of Four Seasons experience gained across some of the company's most celebrated hotels and resorts worldwide.
His Four Seasons journey began in Houston before bringing him to Asia, to Singapore, Langkawi, and most recently Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An. Throughout his career, Michael has remained guided by one enduring belief: that true luxury is measured not by extravagance, but by how guests feel.
"Luxury isn't measured by opulence, but by how a guest feels long after they leave," says Michael. "There is a wonderful sense of ease on Koh Samui. The island encourages people to slow down, reconnect with nature and spend meaningful time together. That's exactly the kind of experience we want every guest to leave with."
Growing up across Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United States gave Michael an early appreciation for cultural diversity. This deep interest in intercultural relations and a keen inclination to foster meaningful human connections are qualities that continue to shape his leadership style.
"Creating memorable experiences begins by creating an environment where people feel valued, trusted and inspired. When our teams thrive, the feeling immediately translates into outstanding guest care," he sums up.
Looking ahead, Michael hopes every guest departs Koh Samui feeling more connected; be it to the island, the people and to one another.
