Inspired by the country's tradition of sharing good food in good company, Tapas & Paella Night offers a relaxed way to experience some of its best-loved dishes. From 18.00 to 20.00 hrs, guests can enjoy a generous selection of tapas alongside paellas prepared throughout the evening.
Born in C?diz, Chef Borja draws inspiration from Spain's diverse regional cuisines, bringing together traditional recipes, quality ingredients and contemporary techniques. His cooking at UNO MAS reflects the generous character of Spanish dining, with bold flavours and dishes that remain true to their origins.
