Hei Yin, a leading Cantonese restaurant operated by IMPACT Muang Thong Thani at the 3rd floor of Gaysorn Village, is celebrating this year's Mid-Autumn Festival with the launch of "The Blooming Moon," a premium handcrafted mooncake collection rooted in authentic Cantonese tradition. The collection is created by Chef Jackie Chan, a Hong Kong-born chef with more than 40 years of experience in Chinese cuisine, and will be available from today through September 25, 2026.

Every mooncake in the collection is meticulously handcrafted, combining premium ingredients with time-honored techniques and traditional flavors to deliver a refined, contemporary indulgence. Each piece is stamped with the auspicious Chinese character "?" (Fok), symbolizing fortune and happiness, and is presented in a signature oval-shaped green box whose modern design captures the radiant beauty of the moon at the heart of "The Blooming Moon" concept.

"With 'The Blooming Moon,' we wanted to create more than a mooncake — a piece of craftsmanship that carries the precision of authentic Cantonese tradition, offering our guests a truly special experience during this festive season," said Chef Jackie Chan

The collection features four signature flavors: Sow Pei with Salted Egg Yolk Lava Custard wrapped in a soft, delicate crust with a rich, flowing custard center; Salted Durian and Salted Egg Yolk a fan favorite made with premium durian paired with salted egg yolk; Salted Lotus Seed and Salted Egg Yolk a classic smooth and fragrant filling; and Salted Jujube, Lotus Seed and Salted Egg Yolk , which blends the sweetness of red date and lotus seed in perfect harmony.

"The Blooming Moon" mooncakes are priced at THB 228 per piece, or THB 888 for a box of four, available from today through September 25, 2026 at Hei Yin, 3rd floor, Gaysorn Village. The restaurant is open daily for lunch from 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. and dinner from 6:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. For inquiries or advance orders, contact Tel.080-964-5423 or LINE Official: @heiyinbangkok, or order via LINE SHOPPING. https://shop.line.me/@heiyinbangkok/product/1008179990
