Metro Systems Corporation Public Company Limited (MSC), a leader in Enterprise IT Solutions, has signed a partnership agreement with Deves Insurance Public Company Limited for the IBM Power11 & Core Insurance Upgrade project, aimed at upgrading Core Insurance Systems and IT infrastructure with the IBM Power11 platform to efficiently support business operations and insurance services in the digital era. The signing took place on Thursday, October 1, 2026 (2569 BE), at Deves Insurance's headquarters.
This partnership marks an important step in strengthening Deves Insurance's technological capabilities, focusing on improving processing efficiency, stability, security, and service continuity, while supporting continuously growing data volumes and transactions, as well as supporting the development of new products, digital services, and innovations in the future.
The project covers upgrading Core Insurance Systems alongside elevating the core processing platform to IBM Power11, in order to build infrastructure that is efficient, flexible, and ready to support long-term business growth. Key goals include increasing system availability (High Availability), strengthening disaster recovery capabilities, and enhancing cyber resilience to meet the challenges of the modern insurance industry.
