Recently unveiled with a refreshed design, Fei Ya invites diners to experience "A Taste of Harmony," a specially curated vegetarian menu celebrating the natural flavors, textures, and versatility of plant-based ingredients, available from 10-18 October 2026.
Located on the hotel's third floor, the reimagined Fei Ya brings a contemporary touch to its Cantonese heritage, creating an inviting setting where familiar traditions take on a new expression. Complementing the restaurant's refreshed atmosphere, Executive Chinese Chef Jerry Li introduces a thoughtful selection of vegetarian creations that balance authentic Cantonese cooking techniques with fresh ingredients and unexpected flavor combinations.
A CELEBRATION OF FLAVOR AND BALANCE
Inspired by the harmony of traditional Chinese cuisine, Chef Jerry Li transforms simple ingredients into distinctive dishes, each offering its own character and culinary discovery.
Highlights include Braised Tofu with Pumpkin Puree and Shimeji Mushrooms, combining delicate tofu with the natural sweetness of pumpkin and earthy mushrooms, and Baked Pumpkin with Quinoa, a comforting creation that brings together wholesome ingredients and subtle flavors.
For a refreshing contrast, Eggplant with Sesame Dressing and Cherry Tomatoes offers a combination of tender textures and aromatic sesame notes, while the lively flavors of Cantonese wok cooking come through in Wok-Fried Celery with Black Fungus and Wok-Fried Yardlong Beans with Ginger and Chinese Olives.
Completing the experience are comforting favorites, including Vegetable Wonton Noodle Soup, Wok-Fried Rice Noodles with Seasonal Vegetables, and Vegetable Fried Rice, thoughtfully prepared to showcase the richness and variety of vegetarian Cantonese cuisine.
