The event was held to award CAC certificates to 101 companies that passed the certification. Additionally, a special panel discussion on the topic "Transparent Supply Chain for Sustainability of Thai Business Sector" was also organized included with panelists from Siemens Ltd., BE Petrothai Group, and Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, and moderated by Ms. Pinn Siriprapasiri, Project Lead of the Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC).
The CAC is a Thai private sector initiative aimed at addressing corruption issues with its goal to create and expand a coalition within the private sector to promote anti-corruption measures by encouraging companies to establish policies and practices that reject bribery and all forms of corruption. Additionally, it serves as a driving force for creating changes within the public sector to ensure more efficient and transparent government services.
ERAWAN has been a member of the CAC and continuously certified since June 30, 2020 (with a certification period of 3 years from 2020-2023). The first renewal of its certification was granted on June 30, 2023 (valid for 3 years from 2023-2026). This aligns with the company's commitment to good corporate governance and its business philosophy of "Success with Integrity."
