Bangkok--October 6--MDK The Department of Land Transport, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, in cooperation with governmental and private organizations, will hold a press seminar on "The Road to Pollution-Free Motor Traffic" to officially launch its Anti-Traffic Pollution campaign. The opening ceremony will be presided over by Deputy Ministry of Transport and Communications Aram Loveer with a pollution prevention policy briefed by the Director-General of the Department of Land Transport Pongsakorn Laohavichien. The event will be held on October 9, 1997 from 9am to 12noon at Petchompoo Room, The Emerald Hotel on Ratchadapisek Road. Open to the public. Admission free.
