In the morning, the executive team of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine warmly welcomed the delegation and guided them through various departments providing traditional Chinese medical services. These departments serve as both clinical training sites for students and as healthcare service units for the general public.
After the tour, a joint meeting was held between the two institutions to exchange ideas and receive to feedback on the internship program. Key participants included:
- Tang Yaoping (???) - Dean of the School of International Education (Head of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange)
- Hai Li (??) - Dean of the School of Public Health and Management
- Zhou Xiaoling (???) - Director of the First Affiliated Hospital (FAH) of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine
- Hu Yueqiang (???) - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital
During the meeting, the institutions discussed potential future cooperation in the following areas:
- Student and faculty exchanges to enhance academic knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
- Collaboration in academic services, curriculum development, local-based research, technology transfer, and innovation.
In the afternoon, the Office of International Cooperation provided a tour of facilities including international student dormitories, lecture rooms, recreational spaces, and various student amenities.

The delegation visited the School of Public Health and Management at Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine. They were welcomed by Hai Li (??), the Dean of the School of Public Health and Management and participated in a meeting to discuss potential collaborations in curriculum development, faculty and student exchange, and joint research in the fields of Thai Traditional Medicine, Chinese Traditional Medicine, and Public Health.
