Available throughout June and July 2026, the offering showcases Monthong durian through a range of creations designed to highlight its distinctive character. Created by the pastry team at Mill & Co, each dessert explores a different expression of the fruit while allowing its natural qualities to remain at the forefront.
The Durian Brioche (THB 150++) combines soft, buttery brioche with smooth durian cream for a comforting afternoon treat. The Durian Double Cheesecake (THB 270++) layers creamy textures with the fruit's unmistakable flavour, while the Durian with Kataifi Chocolate Bar (THB 300++) pairs durian with crisp kataifi pastry and chocolate for a contrasting balance of texture and sweetness. Completing the selection is Monthong with Coconut Mousse (THB 270++), where the tropical flavours of durian and coconut come together in a light and elegant dessert.
Served alongside coffee, tea, and seasonal beverages at Mill & Co and Tea & Tipple, the desserts are designed for relaxed afternoons, catch-ups with friends, or a sweet break in the heart of the city.
