UP was recently recognized for its excellence in sustainable design, winning three prestigious awards at the BIMObject Green Design Competition 2024.

The BIMObject Green Design Competition 2024 was organized by CPAC Green Solution in collaboration with BIMobject Thailand. This competition, now in its third year, aims to integrate environmental innovation into design without any limitations. The highlighted technology, CPAC 3D Printing Solution, allows for advanced 3D printing in construction, providing unmatched flexibility for free-form or parametric designs. This approach improves efficiency in construction, reduces waste, and guarantees precise results through digital processes.
UP was recently recognized for its excellence in sustainable design, winning three prestigious awards at the BIMObject Green Design Competition 2024.

On November 7th, 2024, a team from the University of Phayao, known as the "Nhonmai Team," represented the university in a competition with the theme "Unlock the Future Design with Greenovation." The team was successful and received three awards:

Honorable Mention with a prize of 10,000 THB

Special Awards:

- Popular Vote Award with a prize of 5,000 THB

- Collaboration Award with a prize of 10,000 THB

The team consisted of Ms. Chalisa Chawkhelang from the Architecture Program in the School of Architecture and Fine Arts, Mr. Ratchanon Wannarat and Mr. Chatchai Phichai from the Civil Engineering Program in the School of Engineering. Their advisors were Assistant Professor Punnapong Kullapatset, Assistant Dean for Academic Services and Special Affairs, Mr. Kaittisak Saisaard, Lecturer in the Architecture Department, and Mr. Rittayut Gonthong from the School of Engineering.
