B20 diesel contains 20% biodiesel, produced from domestically sourced agricultural feedstock, primarily palm oil, through a standardized production process. The fuel is suitable for heavy-duty diesel engines, including trucks, buses, and industrial machinery. Its use supports greater reliance on domestic energy sources, reduces dependence on imports, and helps create added value for Thailand's agricultural sector, in line with energy development approaches that balance energy security, economic considerations, and environmental responsibility.
